That’s why we train everyone - yes, the whole team - on menopause awareness, including our leaders, so we can all feel confident talking about it and supporting each other. We also have menopause champions on hand to offer guidance and a friendly ear, and you’ll find free menopause resources available at all our sites and on employment hero. Whether you’re going through menopause yourself or supporting someone who is, we’re here to help and make work a little easier. Employee Support Pack & Menopause Self Assessment
We have created menopause resources for you to use to navigate your Menopause journey.
- The ‘Menopause Employee Pack’ is an information pack, including what exactly is the menopause, the symptoms, how to support someone and much more.
- The ‘Menopause Self Assessment’ is a great tool to score your symptoms. You can then take this to your GP or Manager to discuss next steps.
Menopause Champions
We’ve trained Menopause Champions across all sites who offer guidance and a friendly ear. If you’d like to speak with a champion or you’re interested in joining our next Menopause Champion session, email hr@ygcgroup.co.uk
Resources available at your site
We understand that menopause symptoms can catch us of guard, this is why we provide feminine resources to help you feel your most comfortable at work. You’ll find sanitary products and sprays in your team bathrooms or at customer services.
Menopause Awareness Training
Menopause Awareness Training is designed to foster open conversations and build collective understanding about the impact of menopause on individuals and their families.

On Staff Skills Academy you will find all your assigned mandatory training. However Staff Skills has lots more courses you can complete for free! When in staff skills, search & browse the courses and you can assign yourself any additional of interest.
