We aim to deliver your order safely and promptly. Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom.
Some larger or heavier items (including furniture and bulk products) may be restricted to selected postcodes. If delivery is unavailable to your location, this will be shown at checkout.
If you require delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

Large items or furniture: 5–10 working days

Seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas): delivery times may be extended
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Item size/weight

Delivery postcode
All delivery costs will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.
For large or bulky items, additional charges may apply.
4. Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect at selected Yorkshire Garden Centres locations.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.

Orders must be collected within the timeframe stated in your confirmation email.
Perishable goods (including plants and fresh food) should be collected promptly.
5. Large, Bulky or Furniture Deliveries
For larger items:

Delivery may be kerbside only unless otherwise agreed.

You must ensure suitable access to the delivery address.

We may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If delivery fails due to access issues or absence, a redelivery charge may apply.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and photos if possible
We will investigate and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
