- GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Green Card is promoted by Yorkshire Garden Centres at TGC (2015) Ltd, Tong Lane, Bradford BD4 0RY
• By joining Green Card, you are agreeing to being contacted by post, mobile text messages, telephone or email in relation Green Card related communications.
• Use of the Green Card constitutes acceptance of the Yorkshire Garden Centres’ loyalty programme terms and conditions.
• Members are only permitted to hold one card / loyalty account.
• The Green Card at Yorkshire Garden Centres is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Membership of the programme and personalised offers are not transferable or for resale.
• Applicants must be aged 18+ to join the Green Card at Yorkshire Garden Centres
• If no transaction occurs by a member in any 12 month period, the member’s card / programme membership may expire and any offers or points may be cancelled.
• If signing up for a plastic Green card, the application must be completed in full. Yorkshire Garden Centres reserve the right not to accept any incomplete registrations.
• Your plastic Green Card remains the property of Yorkshire Garden Centres and the cardholder shall return the plastic card if requested.
• Yorkshire Garden Centres is not responsible for the loss of theft of your plastic Green Card. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be replaced at the discretion of Yorkshire Garden Centres. Customers may be charged for this service.
• Yorkshire Garden Centres is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of a Green Card or the inability of a cardholder to receive or redeem points or use vouchers, unless in any such case it is caused by Yorkshire Garden Centres’ negligence or fraud.
• Yorkshire Garden centres reserves the right to terminate Green Card at any time by giving three months’ notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Yorkshire Garden Centres’ website (www.yorkshiregardencentres.co.uk )
• Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Yorkshire Garden Centres or the YGC liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).
• Yorkshire Garden Centres can accept no liability for personal loss or injury at any of the participating venues as far as permitted by law.

- POINTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Points on your Green Card are non-transferable and will expire 12 months after the date they were added to your card if unredeemed.
• Once points have expired, they will not be reinstated unless, following an investigation, it is determined that the expiry occurred in error due to a fault with our system. Yorkshire Garden Centres’ decision on the outcome of such investigations will be final.
• Points are awarded at the time of purchase when you scan your Green Card, and cannot be added retrospectively.
• Points used for part or full payment of a product will be deducted from your points balance.
• In the event you return an item for refund, the points accrued at purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
• If a product you have purchased with points is faulty, please return it in store and the points spent will be re-credited to your Green Card.

- REWARDS & OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Yorkshire Garden Centres reserve the right to substitute a reward or prize, cancel the loyalty programme and any benefits attributed to it at any time, decline issue of cards, withdraw or cancel points collected at any time.
• Rewards may only be redeemed by the named Green Card member at Yorkshire Garden Centres.
• Rewards and points are only offered as a result of purchasing products instore within Yorkshire Garden Centres and with the purchase of play tickets online for Grass Hoppers and Mission Out.
• In respect of any unused offers, Yorkshire Garden Centres will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.
• Green Card rewards are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
• Specific offers are subject to their own Terms & Conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

- Transferring a deceased member’s points

• Green Card members may inherit the points of an immediate family member who has died by providing a written request.
• The nominated beneficiary should get in touch by emailing hello@yorkshiregardencentres.co.uk to close the account and request for the points to be transferred to an existing Green Card. A new Green Card account can also be opened.
• To process the points transfer, we require:Beneficiary member numberDeceased member numberDeath certificate
• An immediate family member includes spouse, parents, siblings or children.

- Data protection

• Yorkshire Garden Centres is committed to protecting your privacy. Yorkshire Garden centres will not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes with any third-party business. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of Green Card loyalty programme and to contact you for the purpose as described in the application process. Yorkshire Garden Centres adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998.

- Your welcome hot drink

• Redeemable in store for one regular or large hot drink, subject to availability, but excludes luxury and speciality hot drinks.
• Valid for one FREE hot drink when you scan your voucher and Green Card in Blooms Kitchen, Hattie’s Kitchen and The Mezzanine, Woody’s Kitchen in Grass Hoppers and at Mission Out.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative. YGC Group reserves the right to changes these terms and conditions at any time.

- Your Birthday gift

• Redeemable in store for one cake of your choice, subject to availability.
• Excludes Mezzanine minis as part of the Perfect Together offer.
• Valid when you scan your voucher and Green Card in Blooms Kitchen, Hattie’s Kitchen, The Bothy, Gardener’s Choice and The Mezzanine.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative. YGC Group reserves the right to changes these terms and conditions at any time.

- Your 8th hot drink is free

• Any valid hot drink will count as one stamp in Blooms Kitchen, Hattie’s Kitchen and The Mezzanine, Woody’s Kitchen in Grass Hoppers and at Mission Out.
• Tea for Two is a single item on the menu and will count as one stamp and can be redeemed as one free hot drink.
• Offer is valid when you scan your Green Card at the tills or when ordering food in the Green Card app.
• Hot drinks included as part of an offer will still count toward your drink total but will not be redeemed as your free hot drink. So you’ll never miss out on earning stamps or your free 8th hot drink.

- Green Card Vouchers

• Redeemable only on the listed product(s). Subject to availability.
• Single use only unless otherwise stated.

- Only available to redeem online through our ticketing platform

- Tickets which contribute towards the 8th play free and can be redeemed against only include the following tickets:

• Grass Hoppers Play
• Grass Hoppers Play – Max Card
• Grass Hoppers Play – Childminders Ofsted ID Required
• Peaceful Play – Grass Hoppers Play
  

- Under 12 month tickets are not counted towards validation of the offer

- Discount code must be redeemed within 12 months of issue

- Cannot be exchanged for any other item or a monetary value

- Only one discount code can redeemed per order

- Only one ticket can be redeemed per order

- Ticket counts cannot be retrospectively applied

- Ticket counts are only allocated to transactions where an email addresses match that of a customer’s Green Card account

- YGC Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time of their discretion

Green Card members may earn loyalty points on eligible purchases made via the Yorkshire Garden Centres website.

To qualify for points, the customer must be a registered Green Card member at the time of completing the transaction. Points cannot be awarded retrospectively for purchases made prior to membership.

Points will only be awarded on completed transactions and may take a reasonable period to appear on the member’s account.

Points will not be awarded on delivery charges, or any other excluded products as specified by Yorkshire Garden Centres.

Points earned on online purchases may be redeemed in-store only at participating Yorkshire Garden Centres locations. Points cannot be redeemed against online purchases.

If an item purchased online is returned or refunded (in full or in part), any points awarded in respect of that purchase will be deducted from the member’s Green Card account.

If points earned from a transaction have already been redeemed and the original item is subsequently returned or refunded, Yorkshire Garden Centres reserves the right to deduct the monetary value of the redeemed points from the refund amount due.

Where a points adjustment results in a negative points balance, Yorkshire Garden Centres reserves the right to offset this against future points earned.

Yorkshire Garden Centres reserves the right to adjust a member’s points balance if points have been awarded or redeemed in error.

The Green Card loyalty programme is subject to the full Green Card Terms & Conditions.

Yorkshire Garden Centres reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the online points offering or the Green Card loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
