Our Santa's Grotto's are back and more magical than ever before. Whether it’s your first grotto visit or a much loved family tradition, it’s time to believe…

Unfortunately, due to the space required for our exciting new Grass Hoppers play experience, we will not be hosting a Santa Grotto at Otley Garden Centre this year.

The good news is that we have some fantastic new festive family experiences planned for Otley this Christmas, alongside the opening of our brand-new Grass Hoppers play area. We're currently finalising the details and can't wait to share what's in store.

A Santa's Grotto Experience is available at Tong, Tingley, York & Pennine.

Tong Garden Centre

Be guided by jolly elves through a beautifully themed grotto, meet Santa, share your wish, and take home a special gift.

Tingley, York & Pennine

Join Santa in his magical grotto for as he spreads joy, laughter and christmas cheer. After meeting Santa you can choose a thoughtfuly selected gift from his Toy Shop.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Booking for Santa’s grotto is only available online and, as dates sell out quickly, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase a ticket on the day. We strongly advise booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

How long is my experience?

Grotto Experience at Tingley, York & Pennine lasts approximately 15 minutes.

Grotto Experience at Tong Garden Centre lasts approximately 25 minutes.

Please read:

Your session will start at the specified time shown on your ticket (this will be specified online when booking and on your ticket when booked).

Please arrive at the Grotto waiting area approximately 10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. The centre can very busy so do allow adequate time to park and make your way through the centre.

Please ensure you allow plenty of time to travel and park, as we do get busy – particularly at weekends.

Do you offer refunds?

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is this an individual visit to see Santa?

Our Santa's Grotto experience is a group visit to see santa.

Tingley, York & Pennine: X children max per group.

Tong Garden Centre: X children max per group.

Is there a limit to the amount of adults that can attend?

A maximum of two adults per child ticket will be permitted.

How do I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, once a booking has been made, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
